Distributor Agreement

This agreement is for {name-1} on this date {hidden-5} to become a Distributor for Free Specials Board. By completing this transaction I as the distributor agree to the terms of this agreement with Free Specials Board.

I am claiming the following counties/territories in the state of {hidden-1}

I understand that there will be no further fees due to Free Specials Board with the exception of Custom Boards that will be placed in locations, and optional distributor kits, supplies and add on counties/territories

I understand that Free Specials Board is providing a product to me and that I nor my company can not use the name Free Specials Board. This is not a franchise and that neither I nor my company represent Free Specials Board. I also understand that Free Specials board will not place any markings directing my customers to them, nor will they contact my customers for any reason. It is understood that they are my customers of my company not of Free Specials Board. Free Specials Board will send Custom Boards only to me at my mailing address on file and not to my customer and I am responsible to deliver the board to them.

I understand that I am responsible for all taxes on any income generated with my business and that Free Specials Board will not be involved in any transactions other than me purchasing the boards from them. Free Specials Board does not collect any funds from my prospects or customers. I pay Free Specials Board directly.

I understand that I am expected to complete at least 1 board every month. Failure to complete any boards for three consecutive months without contacting Free Specials Board will be forfeiture of my distributorship Territory(s)

I understand that I can sell or will my business to someone. I just need to let Free Specials Board know their information so further communications and future boards would go to the new distributor. The new distributor would also have to fill out a new distributor agreement. No cost to transfer to new distributor.

I understand that I can hire a sales force if I choose to do so and that I would be responsible for any tax issues involved with employees.

 I understand that once payment is received for my distributorship I will receive a link to the Distributor Only website within 24-48 hours. Kit(s) will be mailed out within 2 business days

 I agree to pay ${calculation-1} to cover my distributorship and it will include the counties/territories listed above and {hidden-3} Distributor Kit(s)

I understand that Free Specials Board will not share my information with anyone for any reason.
